September is...

.. YOGA month!
According to the The Royal Society of Medicine Health Encyclopedia, the word "yoga" is Sanskrit for ‘yoking, as of oxen,' which signifies union ("Yoga," 2000).

The College of St. Benedict and St. John's University both have books
on Yoga in their collections. So, if you cannot afford a gym membership in these tough economic times, try to learn these yoga poses in your dorm room. Click on the book covers to see catalog and location information.

This book takes a look at the spiritual aspects of Management. One chapter is called Will-to-yoga, ego and leadership : research or realization?

This book explains the background, philosophy, and traditions of Yoga.

Are you interested in working in health care or geriatrics? This book has an introduction the benefits of Yoga.
